Mission
Develop Vicone's supply chain into a strategic capability that strengthens customer experience, supports growth, and creates long-term competitive advantage. Success is measured not only by the problems solved, but by the problems prevented through strong partnerships, effective systems, and operational discipline.
What You'll Do
- Own manufacturing partner relationships day to day regular calls, follow-ups, and check-ins to push performance on quality, delivery, responsiveness, and communication, and to resolve issues as they surface rather than after the fact.
- Take full ownership of the order lifecycle, from PO to delivery. You will coordinate directly with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams, stepping in immediately to resolve bottlenecks.

- Track manufacturing partner KPIs and scorecards closely, catch risk early
- Lead the search for new suppliers as well as perform on-site audits when additional capacity,
capability, or geographic diversification is needed. - Build and continually improve the systems, tools, and routines behind purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing partner communication including using AI to automate repetitive work and sharpen decision-making.
- Bring first-hand visibility into supplier performance and operational risk to the Management Committee, and help shape the supply chain's long-term direction.
Profile
- Genuinely hands-on comfortable being in the weeds of daily operations, not just directing from above.
- Strategic, organized, proactive, and execution oriented.
- Strong at building manufacturing partner relationships and improving systems.
- Experienced in supply chain, purchasing, manufacturing partner development, logistics, quality, or manufacturing.
- Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
