Inside Sales Representative

You flourish in all facets of consultative selling and enjoy interacting with different personalities. You have achieved multiple successes in B2B sales of technical products to manufacturers. You know how to reach out to decision makers, and your personalized and collaborative approach inspire customer confidence and engagement. Self-driven, you are proactive and motivated to close the sale, and meet your objectives, while possessing a strong team spirit.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Reach sales growth objectives for molded and extruded parts
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities following the Vicone sales process including Request for Quote (RFP)
  • Qualify all incoming leads in the CRM
  • Visit customers and prospects
  • Assign some opportunities in the architectural market to external sales
  • Prepare and submit required information for RFQ and follow up
  • Support the customer experience client by closely collaborating with the sales, customer service and marketing team
  • Participate to tradeshow and events when required
  • Follow your KPIs
  • Use effectively the CRM for your territory and accounts

Essential – min 3 years B2B inside sales experience within manufacturing environment

Essential – Experience in selling custom technical products

Essential – Excellent communications and closing skills

Asset – Bilingual (English and French)

Essential – MS Office suite and experience with a CRM and ERP system

Asset – Capacity to read technical drawings
